The project team had to build a mobile application and put it on the market as well as to rebuild and refresh the McDonald’s webpage. Every element was tested on a target group and their opinions were considered at the design phase.
Graphic designs and the first prototypes were tested with real users on mobile devices. The application quickly reached over 2,500,000 downloads and has a huge number of active users to this day.
The new website design was created with new information architecture and content.
During implementation, the team also conducted test forms of promotion of a new product with the help of QR codes. The effects of their actions were presented on the UX Poland conference:
